If You are interested in Adopting:
Every horse requires the adopter to schedule an appointment to come ride the horse at least 2 times to ensure the horse and rider are a match. Every horse also requires an adoption application. Please allow 7 business days for us to complete the application process.
Kodah, which means “friend” in the Australian culture, is a 8yo (2014) QH gelding that came in with August and Wallis after being reported to local law enforcement for obvious malnourishment. DCER was able to assist local law enforcement and the owner surrendered all 3 horses into the Rescue’s care. Kodah has a gentle and kind demeanor. He is in our training program and doing well. Stay tuned for more on Kodah!
